I am part of a small nonprofit organization that provides poverty stricken veterans that do not qualify for VA dental benefits with free dental care. The dental care is primarily provided at the dental school and as such we can only treat relatively simple cases. We had a Korean War combat veteran who was in desperate need of dental care. The patient was in constant dental pain and had nowhere else to turn as we could not treat him at our clinic due to the complexity of the case. Dr. Paul and his staff graciously donated their time to treat this patient. I cannot thank Dr. Paul and his friendly staff enough for providing the services they did to this patient. The Veteran is extremely grateful for the care he received and is excited to begin his new life free of pain.
