This is the worst place for repairs I have ever visited in 25 years of driving. Because I live so close I have given them 3 chances all about 1 year apart hoping that they had gotten better and each time the vehicle had to go back to get repaired correctly and not once was it completed when they said it would be. Once I took it in for a leaking transmission hose to get replaced, how hard could that be? Well there are 2 hoses that criss cross and connect to the oil cooler, they did not cross the hoses and connected them to the wrong fittings. The hoses were even different lengths and they stretched the short one to screw it into were the long one is suposed to go. If I hadn't examined the hoses and saw how they were attached before we took it in, we never would have known any difference and the transmission would have burn't up from the oil not flowing through the oil cooler properly. I'm not even ASE Certified and I could tell it was done wrong! Another time they quoted a price to change out a switch in the transmission then changed the price after we dropped off the vehicle because the mechanic said the labor would take longer than the book time due to extreme conditions but refused to explain what extreme conditions he was referring to. They are in an air conditioned building! how extreme is that? The vehicle had very low miles so the wear could not have been extreme. Since we needed the vehicle to leave out of town in 2 days we had accept this poor excuse and pay the extra 1.5 hrs labor. The AC went out on our Jeep and since it was under warranty we took it to them on a Monday. They said it should be a couple days. Well on Fri. I asked what the holdup was and they had been having arguments with the warranty company all week about what parts were required to be replaced. One call from me and it was cleared up, I could had done that days sooner if they had only kept us up on what was going on instead of telling my wife that they were waiting on parts. Whatever problem you have, DO NOT have your car repaired at this dealership or you'll be sorry!
Horrible experience: I would not even rate the body shop as a half star rating. After being rear ended in my Jeep Liberty, I took it there for repair. They did not complete the work in the time they promised, the workman ship was sloppy and there was paint overspray on numerous places. There were scratches on the vehicle that were not there when they received it and they put all the decals on wrong locations. I seriously do not believe they replaced all the parts new as the bumper cover came loose and all the tabs were broken and it obviously had been glued in place. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Excellent Sales Staff: Everyone i spoke with at the dealership treated me professionally and with respect. There was no pressure and all my needs and questions were answered.
