About:A popular eatery near the Bell Tower Shops is Bistro 41. The wine list is extensive, and the menu is eclectic, offering sandwiches like a Yucatan Pork Hoagie or pizzettas with rotisserie chicken and roasted sweet corn. Little plates offer mostly chicken and seafood, like escargot and calamari. Large plates range from Chicken Pot Pie to Vodka Penne.     I'm so sad to report but the last two dinners at Bistro have been pretty disappointing. My last order was a fresh fish plate, that smelled like fish. Fresh fish should never smell like fish. Our last visit I ordered a pasta plate that was pretty bla. Sad that a fine resturant has become a major disappointment as we've enjoyed many nights there. Guess the word is out as Bistro is normally packed this time of year.
