I have lived in Boston for 5 years. I live in Brighton now. The building is old so problems happen. However, so far in the two months having lived there Alpha Management has responded effiecently whenever something went wrong. For example, some idot through a party and broke the handle off the front door, so the tenants were locked in and couldn't exit the building using the front door. When I came back from work later that day it was fixed. So, so far I have no complaints about the company.
I have lived in an Alpha-owned apartment for over a year, and I have had a fantastic experience. We have had a positive experience with the lease signing both years and the array of maintenance staff have been prompt and thorough during the few times we needed assistance with the unit. I have no complaints about the management, the professionalism of the employees, or the apartment itself. Though Alpha is a large corporation, if you vocalize an issue with a unit immediately, the response is prompt and courteous. I've had some nightmarish landlords in my time in Boston, but Alpha has been a refreshing break from the money-grubbing, hostile majority. I would recommend an Alpha apartment to anyone I know.
I moved into an apartment owned by alpha management. The apartment is clean and new. The staffs work there are nice and friendly. The $3.5/per laundry free is kind of high, but considering the washing machine is new, it is fair enough. The experience with alpha management is very good so far. Highly recommended.
