Used to be much better. Service, atmosphere still top-notch, but quality of food, primarily steaks, has declined. Cuts of meat seem to be of lower quality than in the past. Not much better now than more proletarian steak houses in Lubbock. Not nearly as good a value for your dollar as this establishment used to be.

Little chocolate mints near door are still very good.

This is one of the best steak houses in Lubbock. On the rare occasion (only once out of several dozen times) that my steak was not cooked to my liking... they happily corrected the problem and then my meal was completely free! They offer some of the best service that I have ever experienced and I eat out almost every day of the week! Give them a try and I am sure thay will soon be a favorite of yours as well! My suggestion... try the Santa Fe peppered steak with New Orleans potatoes or the quiche and they have the best spinach and artichoke dip in town!

My family and I have dined at Harrigan's several times over the past couple of years. Their service, food, and atmosphere cease to amaze me. My 2nd favorite meal in all of Lubbock, TX is the Pappas Filet, second only to the filet at Las Brisas. The wine sauce, potatoes and, most importantly, the steak melts in your mouth. I would recommend anyone celebrating an anniversary, birthday, or special event that requires fine dining and top notch service in a relaxed atmosphere GO TO HARRIGANS!
