My cat was acting strange for a couple of days and yesterday I was holding him. He began breathing weird and in my heart, I knew he died in my arms. I rushed him to Gentle Care, hoping they could help him. I got there too late. He passed. They confirmed it and I became hysterical in the waiting room. I don't remember their names, but the Doctor, and a couple of other employees comforted me. I said, It's my fault, I shouldve brought him sooner. I was crying hysterically. They were so kind and comforting, saying there was nothing you can do. It's not your fault. They hugged me and comforted me. They were so nice and caring. I had brought my cats there before for shots and was always pleased with the staff. It was so nice how they comforted me. I am devasted by the death of my cat, but the staff at Gentle Care was so comforting and helpful. I highly recommend this vet.
