Did business at Palafox location for years but chose this location after a move. Attention to details, i.e. removing marked stains, has fallen off to point of uselessness, but still get charged. When unmet expectations brought to employees' and management's attention, no effort made to make things right, just repetition of business policies. Billings sometimes in error and many times don't have the clothes that you dropped off - not there, with no explanation. Usually do turn up later, but that is always the one article you needed that day. Sometimes go home with someone elses items, with DC depending on your returning them to get them to the right person. All pieces get barcoded, so the misplacement not understandable to me. A little more diligence and a caring attitude would have kept me as a customer...no business is perfect...but both now absent here. Would recommend you look elsewhere.
