User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThey said that they would be there on Monday and didn't show up until Thursday. After finally fixing the door two days later the same problem was occurring. When I called the company again they said that it would be another two weeks before they could send someone out and they would have to charge a service fee. I was very dissatisfied and would not recommend this company.
