Terrible experience. I took in 3 brand new western shirts and asked for heavy starch. The shirts looked worse when I picked them up than when I dropped them off. They shirts look like they have been starched by hand, barely. There are starch spots on the shirts and they hang limp and they are wrinkles around the edges. I told the person working that this was unacceptable. She wasn't the least bit concerned that she would lose my business. Her response was I don't work in the laundry, you can call the owner and complain. I will never spend another dime in there.

Starz Cleaners new store in Wylie: I walked into this shop the first week they were opened. I am new to Wylie and was looking for a good cleaners. I asked them if they were any good and he told me that they had several stores. It was the worse experience I have ever had. The guy that was running it was totally inexperienced. When i came back to get my clothes my blouses looked just like they did when I sent them out plus the cost was exhorbant ($5.00 per item). The guy did not even attempt to feel bad about my clothes looking awful. I will never step foot in that place again.
