HORRIFIC!!! They were the only dentist who could get me in on such short notice (Red Flag #1). I went on Friday and the office was run down and had older equipment, not like other dentists I've been to that are more up to date and high tech (Red Flag #2). The dentist told me I had one cavity, so I schedule to have it filled on Monday. When I went in on Monday, it was a completely different dentist and he told me I had 6 cavities and he wanted to fill them all at once (Red Flag #3)! He proceeded to numb my mouth - I think it was 5 or 6 shots that were so painful I could barely stand it. I immediately got out my phone and red reviews, all of which were negative, so I got up and told them I was not comfortable and left.
I've always had great experiences at any dentist I've been to and have never had pain, or cried. I actually enjoy the dentist (crazy, I know!), but this was by far the worst experience ever. Please do not think twice about going here.
Jefferson Dental Clinic is a joke. It's not registered with the American Dental Association (ADA), nor with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). This practice needs to be shut down.
I am not going there based upon the reviews on this site. I am very particular about my dentist plus I had second thoughts about them anyway, so I am following my 1st mind.
Never again.
Long story short, just a full day of pain and a waste of time. I try to give the benefit of the doubt at first, but I'm forced to agree with every single solitary negative review on this site, because they're all true. Was neglected the entire time, and that should've tipped me off at first. Then it's going from "You're 100% covered" to "Come back next year for the rest"
Sorry to say, but wouldn't go back to this clinic if you paid me. Technically, since my benefits covered it, you did pay me, and I'm just flat out not going back. Horrible, horrible, horrible.
