    I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews. Maybe there's a big difference between the service and sales side. I didn't buy my Pilot there, but have always brought it to this dealer because of their good work, decent prices and good customer service. In particular, Dave in Service is very courteous and knowledgable. I've been burned by shoddy work at other Honda dealers, so I much prefer to go to Redwood City.

    What a bunch of lazy, non working, useless, careless should I add more.. I was there to get new car and response and courtesy is none to zero to pathetic. They think people who wants to buy new car are stupid but they have bunch of big fat dumhead people who think they are super hero..upsss zero should be right not enough bad to say..also they have perfectly bad repair facility in back..

    Ordered a car never came: Ordered a CRV after agreed on price and $500 deposit.
    Was told car would be here in 3 weeks, that one was ordered by someone else. Okay, next one in 2 weeks, waited, that one was pre-sold too. Another coming in 4 weeks.
    Well, I could wait 4 more weeks to find that one sold too. Unless you could wait until 2009 for a 2007 model, don't buy from this dealer.
