User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsMy close friend(s) recently utilized Stepps Towing Service and had the most uncustomer focused experienced with the employees of this company. Stepps refused to take any payment other then cash. My friends are female and they felt very discriminated, and they were dealing with significant issues regarding family medical problems from the accident that the car was in and towed by Stepps. Given that these ladies and families are well known and long standing in the community, it is disappointing to have to report this for them. Even as I write this the husband is in the ICU at a hospital in Tampa, FL.
