Jo Jo's Rocks: I love this place, everyone does. The sauces are fresh, pizzas are great, and service is excellent.
JoJo A Local Favorite: I love to go here for the best Italian food in Downtown St. Petersburg. I had a friend to fly in to town and I took her here as her lodging was downtown area. You have the choice of al fresco or inside dinning and we choose to dine al fresco and people watch as it was evening and not to cold to eat outside. We started with drinks as I had a beer and my female friend had wine. The service is awesome here and we didnt have to wait for service nor had to ask for everything. They dont hover over you but keep a watchful eye on your table and like that because I dont like to want for something if I am dining out. Their timing was great and once we were close to finishing our drink then we rec our salad and bread then later the food arrived fresh and very hot. They use fresh veal cutlet for my visiting friends meal and she was impressed that it was not some cubed patty or something of that nature. I shared with her that everything is fresh and authetic. I know once she moves here that I have now introduced her to a really neat place to eat and take her friends now. It was a pleasant walk in the night air and dining out like that with the drinks makes you relaxed and comfortable. A wonderful evening to share conversation with a friend and people watch.
yummy italian food in st. pete: delicious bread straight out of the oven, yummy dipping sauce, awesome pasta, especially the baked citi and fettucine alfredo. really good service, ask for david, very attentive and helpful waiter. there's a delightful raspberry chocolate desert and great cappucino. good for either casual lunch or more intimate dinner, highly recommended!!
