never will i go to the car lot again!!! i went there to buy a stripe for my chevrolet what a joke that turned out to be . first i had to explain to the parts depatment "kid" who had no idea what it was had to call the office. the office didnt know. so i had to explain it to them. now that we all knew what i wanted the kid did'nt know how to price it so he called the office!. after 20 minutes he says well just pay $12.00 for the stripe. so i took the stripe to the pay window and the women could'nt find the right code for the computer to bill me.in the mean time she took a personal phone call . time now 45 minutes. that was enough for me i went to ann arbor to auto zine who had no trouble getting what i needed . i think randy wise should pay attention to his employee's are doing on his time. if his dealership fails i know why! this was on september 30th 2009
