Secretary is horrible. staff is too big. no personal attention. my 4 year old "healthy" dog died of a heart attack and they didn't show one bit of sorrow or compassion. We boarded our dogs for the holiday season and they couldnt get the right size kennel correct and at the end of it charged us the wrong amount of money.???? it doesnt get much easier than that i would think. we are so sorry to have had this experience. apparently they are not. not even an i'm sorry for your loss was given. im sure a sympathy card would be out of the question also. Should have never left marco coronado and stack animal hospital. the extra drive will be worth it now. RIP LOLA!! we will always love you. mama and papa
