User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsRIIIIIIPPPP OFFFFFF!!!!!!! Was out twice to my home w/ in a month. First time all they did was re-locate a wet switch to keep the unit running rather than figure out why it was leaking and fix it. Charged me $60 dollars. Second time out was for the same reason and because air was not blowing cold or hard. Same result. Looked around for about 30 mins and told me I need to replace my coil w/ out even looking at it. Charged me $60. Called and independent HVAC contractor recommended by a co-worker. He was there for apx 5 mins and noticed that whoever install the furnace had not leveled it and thats why it was leaking. He also immediately realized air was not flowing thru it properly. Took about 15 mins to open and clean the coil and it was like night and day the difference it made. He took the time to show me how dirty it was and how to clean it myself in the future. My house was like an ice berg shortly there after. Metro Energy Savers is a RIP OFF! Do not use!!!!!

Not timely or trustworthy. Overcharged for service, based on the advertised pricing on their website. Technician not very knowledgeable, and was only interested in selling a new unit rather than repairing the current one. Do not recommend this company for anything.
