User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsIf you are looking for superb customer service, this dealership is NOT the one for you! I had a very poor experience at this dealership and the story is too long and frustrating to tell! I believe the representatives at this place are sexist because I was a woman shopping alone and they were borderline rude! I recently purchased my 2008 Nissan Altima Coupe from this place and the rubbish I went through to have my car ordered was beyond belief! They held my deposit for 3 months and never ordered my car! Had it not been for me calling to inquire on the vehicle, I could still be waiting for my car to this day! Please take my advice when I say go to Dirito Brothers in Concord (It's worth the travel)...
