User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis company continues to take money from the customer, do VERY POOR work, and has not paid several of his employee's commissions or wages resulting in poor work. The owner allows poor workmanship and has tendencies to throw tools and fits on jobsites. He is cheap, but you get what you pay for in this situation. address is Uncle Bob's Storage warehouse # 517. 5250 F.M. 1960 East. I have never met gretchin or willie fu fu, therefore to slander me only strengthens my cases against Astro Glass. Slander charges have been filed along with non-payment of $4,908.98 for services completed by myself. Thank you two for only helping the cause of getting the people the money they are owed by Royce Wayne Piraino. Please feel free to post more lies to help my cause. I will get payed along with 8 other employees who have also filed charges for non-payment. Thank you all. Have a great day and call Joe with Humble Glass. He WILL take care of you. By the way Gritchin, I quit and left Astro Glass because of non-payment, Call Los Cucos in Kingwood and speak to sergio for further info. Thank again gritchin.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThese guys were great! They came out the day before Thanksgiving when everyone else said they were booked (they really meant they were talking the day off). One of my dogs had broken a front window in my home, so I could leave my house opened. They arrived right on time and replaced my pane in about 15 minutes for a very reasonable price.

This is all this company is good for. Small 11" x 14" reglazes at fair prices. He is the poor mans glass guy. Occassionally, everyone gets something right. Surprising for them though.

Maybe you received poor pay because you were doing a poor job Jason. Royce pays his employees based on their workmanship. As for the "fits", maybe if you would have done the job correctly he wouldn't have to treat you like a child also you would have received better pay and you wouldn't have been fired. This company is dedicated to their work and their customers. They get the job done and charge fair and reasonable prices. There is no need to slander a good mans name and company because you were incapable of doing the job right resulting in your termination.
Royce and Willie Mayo are jokes in the glass business. Gretchen lies to cove for him and to get cheap, cheap, sorry work. It is too bad he manipulates these people and gretchen for his crappy work.
