She is ver...See MoreDr Rhoad is a compassionate, empathetic plastic surgeon. She has excellent bedside manner and does excellent surgery. She is very well trained and has excellent office staff that work with her. I highly recommend this plastic surgeon as do many of her current and past patients have done. She spends a great deal of time with each patient and she loves what she does. -
