We have gone to Club Hill Animal Clinic way before Dr. DeWitt arrived, so that gives you perspective on longevity.
Dr. DeWitt and her staff have continually given us (and our total of 6 cats over the years) the best and most caring of service. Dr. DeWitt always impressed us with her care and love of felines, as that is often an issue with other vets. She has given each and every one of our pets the best of care in the best and the worst of times. She saw all of our cats through their lives and helped them on when their time had come. She has never been anything less than caring, considerate, informative, and patient! We will recommend her now and always.
I have always had good experiences when at Club Hill. All the staff are very knowledgable and are alot of help. I have not had to wait more than 20 minutes with an appointment. I know vet offices can get hectic at times so I am understanding. But I also always have an appointment. Now, once I didnt have an appointment and went in, they saw my little dashaund and we were on our way. Still a good experience.
I took my dog to the Dr Dwitt one saturday as an emergency bases. they asked if i had an appt I stated no, that he was't breathing well and I felt he needed to be seen. so the recpt put us in a room incase he had a respitory infection and closed the door. there we stayed for about 1 hour, while the Dr Dwitt, her staff, a patient and owner, ran through the room where (we) sat, did not say one word.to me, like, sorry to barge in we have an emergency, be with you in a minute, nothing. apparently the room where we sat was the entrance into the xray room and in order to get in there you had to go through the room that me and my pet sat in. (how rude) finally after about 1 hour of just sitting, me and my dog decided to go out and let him potty and got in the car and left., I had another place I had to be so we left. I had to take him some where else becuse he wasn't breathing right his tongue was not pink, but blue, the other vet told me that he was not getting enough oxygen, About the time I got to my old vet, they were about to close, I told them my dog was having a hard time breathing, they took him in, treated him, tested him, gave him medication and me an emergency# if someting happened to him over the weekend whom to contact just in case, boy, we thought we were gonna loose him, but he pulled through and survived. That was a horrible experience, found out my dog wasn't getting enough oxygen, not a resp inf but lack of air. Dr Dwitt's off staff called to see what happened why did I leave, I told them and they apologized and asked that I bring him in that Monday, because by that time they were closing, but he probably would not be alive if I had waited until Monday. Service for us that day was very bad, I could have lost my dog.
