User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis is probably one of the best run businesses in Boerne, not to mention one of the best places to eat. To be honest I haven't been there since the Clinton Administration, due to personal ecionomic downturn, but I know it is still great! As inclined it is pricey but well worth the cost. Those are the BEST cinnamon rolls in the UNIVERSE! They melt in your mouth like butter! Great place for Lunch too. As soon as I can afford it I am going straight there!

The bakery - good Golly, where to start?! The freshly baked breads, mouthwatering muffins, crave-worthy Cheezy Piggies, and rich espresso beverages just to name a few favorites.
The breakfast buffet: wholesome and filling. The fluffy scrambled eggs, homemade "crumb" pancakes, organic oatmeal, fresh pastries and fruit, biscuit and gravy... they've thought of it all. You've hit nirvana each time you fill your plate.
And my person favorite is the daily lunch specials. My pick, the chipotle grilled cheese sandwich (white oatmeal bread, melted munster cheese and the homemade smoky-sweet chipotle jam is grilled to perfection) paired with the fresh soups of the day and finished with a Texas-sized piece of Texas chocolate sheath cake.
I've been eating here for years and the fourth part of the equation that makes pair boon the place to beat is the friendly and efficient service. Each employee treats you like a friend and does their best to make your experience at the Bear Moon leave you begging for more.
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsThe food is great! I especially like the chipotle grilled cheese sandwich paired with one of their fresh soups. They make the best bear claws I have ever tried. It's too bad that they are always short-handed when I go for lunch and paying up at the counter takes an incredibly insane amount of time. They need a better system. No one from my office will go because of the frustrations we always encounter there. Please get it together Bear Moon. Your customers deserve better.
