Smith Thompson Security System

Hi,
I don't know if they are any good or not. I am looking for a Home security company and so I discussed w/ my friends at work to see what they think about brinks, ST, and ADT.
Most of them have ADT even though they are expensive and one of them has ST so I thought give it a call to both ADT and ST and see whatsup.
I called ST and Josh picksup asked couple of questions and then I repeat one of my question again to be sure and he replied "you didn't hear what I said earlier" this was rude and poor customer service or whatever. i was really attracted towards this company after hearing no contract and 16.99 but I guess w/ ADT I pay more for customer service and I guess I will do that as I noticed you never have to compare company base on monthly charges but on their customer service, things that are offered and quality.
By the way I was told Chris is going to be my installer so Thanks God i backup up and changed my mind after reading the other person review.

One thing I found strange which I don't understand, normally in all the reviews I read this word "neat" and this makes me think if all these are written by one person?

My review is based on my 3 minutes of phone conversation and one sentence that changed my mind.

no games or tricks on pricing, I like that. The tech didn't track in a mess either like my last company. He was acutally very pleasant and knew his stuff. The world's whiniest customer is happy with this deal!

Just switched from one of door to door sales type alarm companies (beware!) to Smith Thompson. Very happy with them, cell thing is neat too. My test of any alarm company is how fast they call back after the alarm and they are refreshingly quick. I'm satisfied, good price too.
