About:	Mudshark's beers are made with only the four basic ingredients allowed under the German Beer Purity Law of 1516, and are named to reflect aspects of life and landmarks on the Colorado River. Beers are on tap, served full strength and real cold. Mudshark's seasonal dining menu contains such selections as gourmet pizza, pasta, pan-seared peppered tuna, prime rib, white spinach chicken, and grilled salmon.
