    Imagine driving 8.5 hours from Las Vegas to Phoenix looking forward to checking into your hotel suite, and being told that there would be an hour wait. Then being told it would be a 2 hour wait and then being told that the room wasn't ready and it would not be available until 4:30 p.m. Then finally getting into your room and finding Dirty Towels in the bathroom and not blanket on the bed. Last time I'll stay at the AZ golf resort.
