Don't waste your time or money on this place. You pay for parking and they are so disorganized that it is a cluster. I spent two hours of my time on this place. I picked out my items in the first hour and they nicely "held" them for me. Guess what, the second I walked out the door they sold them out from under me. I came back and spent more money on parking to pick up my items and they can't find them. I spent another hour while they wandered aimlessly through the store looking for my items. They claim they can't even order it for me. So, two hours parking and gas money for nothing but grief. I am going back to HalloweenExpress.com. It is unfortunate because I want to support local businesses but I don't support poor customer service.

Best Costumes Ever! The themed rooms make it so easy to find what you're looking for and they have the best selection of any Halloween store I've been in. The only thing that stinks about it is that they don't have a website. Since I live in a different state now it would be awesome (and a lot more helpful) if I could just order from them online. Too bad. Otherwise, I don't know anyone in Sac that hasn't been there and loved it.
