User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI went here for the first time to see Iron Man and it blows Regal out of the water!!! I like the huge wide-screen and sound. To the gentleman who had to wait in line, thanks for your service to our country and fyi, you can buy tickets on-line and not have to wait.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsUnorganized & Not Handi-Cap Friendly: I friend and I went to see Transformers on the 4th of July....big...huge...mistake! The line was literally wrapped around the inside of the theatre. This is after waiting in the hot sun for the ticket in the outside line. The movie started an hour late and it was so hot waiting for an hour, all the food we bought from the consession was gone...then of course it was another thirty minute wait to get back in that line for refills!! The main thing was the disorganization!! There was no apologetic people in the whole staff. All they had were kids running the whole business. I even looked for a manager the whole hour we stood in line to ask why did they schedule the movies close together like that were we had to wait for so long. There is nowhere for a disabled veteran such as myself to sit and wait, or we would have lost our place in line just trying to rest a bit.

wow, you had to wait in a line. i'm pretty sure that accompanyies all movie trips, genius
Well, first of all, 4th of July are a movie theaters 3rd busiest days of the year, next to the day after Thanksgiving and the day after Christmas. So lines are going to be there, just like any time you go to the movie theater. Secondly, a movie theater like this one doesn't make the times, the Companies Headquarters decides when the movies are playing at their movie theaters. Thirdly, why was it so bad to wait for refills? The movie started a hour late, but you had to wait 30 minutes to get refills so you still have 30 other minutes. All said in down the only thing you should be complaining about is the fact the movie started a hour late, but that is because of the long lines you spoke of because a theater if it is packed at concessions usually prolongs the start of the movie to make sure they get seated and see the beginning of the movie like you. However, like I said above, the 4th of July is the 3rd busiest days for movie theaters since families are all together.
