They're both very knowledgeable.
Later on, I could only get appointments to see Dr. Disterlberg & she really cared to see that my chinchilla was getting the best treatment.
They are the zoo vets after all.
They're very busy, so try to place an appointment ahead of time.-

Not helpful in emergencies. Was not able to fit my sick cockatiel into their schedule despite his deteriorating condition. Could not even get a call from a vet. Helplessly watched my bird die.
