I first went to Dr. Carrier after having been to a chiropractor in Stephens City who recommended that I have a minimum of 84 visits over the course of a year. I was given an alarming picture of the shape my back was in. Basically I wanted a second opinion since the previously-mentioned visit was my first one to a chiropractor.

Dr. Carrier was extremely knowledgeable and kind and his bedside manner is wonderful. He takes the time to talk with you and to explain what he is doing and answers any questions you have. There is never a silly question. He also is very good about suggesting exercises that will help keep your back and neck in good shape. The ladies at his office are sweet and extremely pleasant and helpful.

Dr. Carrier recommended that I see him for six weeks and told me we could discuss the frequency of future visits after that. My back pains and stiffness ceased within a week and in about three weeks I was able to move my head 180 degrees from one side to the next; I had been unable to do that in years. My posture is now better and I can tell a huge difference in how my back and neck feel. I plan to see him once a month to maintain my back's alignment and health.

I would happily recommend Dr. Carrier to anyone (and I have).
