User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI was greeted kindly and the sales person was very detailed on the vehicle I was looking at. The inventory was fully stocked with Ford Cars. Good price = happy customer!

I would never buy a car from Jerry's Ford. They tell you one price to get you to the dealership and then give you a different price once you walk in the door. I tried to buy a car at Jerry's twice. I went in the first time as they had told me a price over the phone. When I went to the dealership they gave me a totally different price. They said they had no idea what I was talking about when I mentioned the price we had talked about over the phone. I walked out.
The salesman called me the next day and said what can we do to earn your business. I said honor the price we agreed upon. We negotiated another price over the phone and because the car was exactly what I wanted and no other dealership had this car I reluctantly went back. I filled out some paper work and the customer service representative showed me around the dealership. Then I waited forty more minutes and the sales manager sat down with me and said we cannot sell you the car at this price. He said I have five people waiting to buy this car and I can sell it for a higher price. Again I walked out. I drove by the dealership three days later. The car they told me they had five people waiting to buy was still sitting on the lot! 
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWe bought a used truck from them the first part of October. Everything was great with the initial service. We were told that the tag would be there in 10 - 15 days. We moved and they said they would mail them to us. They arrived at our new address in Nov 1. We called several times and tried to find out where our tags were. We were told they had been mailed. We were lied to. Don't go to these guys.

your not so smart.why do you think they give you 30days on the tags!!!and you moved your lucky have to even got them.. I hate customers like you!!!!!you bought it and got your tags within 30 days and you moved. I think they did a hell of a job!!!!!!!GO JERRY'S ..Oh by the way you said in nov 1...you mean on nov 1, you need to go back to grammer school!!!
