   I've been going here since 2000 and now I'm in college. If you don't believe me you should see how thick my folder is there. Just let you know if you don't have an appointment the wait is forever! 1-2 hours tops. They are always busy with lots of patients. Overall the staff is nice and friendly if your chinese.
   
   Well I a week ago I got my glasses in like 3 days choosing frames. What I heard from my friends you can get glasses in within 3 hours if you go somewhere else because they carve the lens right there for you.
   
   When I was little the girls were pretty, now its bunch of old ladies. Parking there is horrible. But I'm chinese so I'm used to it.

   Good Service? Fair Prices?: I have been going to this store for almost 10 years back when they were small and only had a handful of staff. Now, their shop is packed and the reps are too busy to even care. They are constantly interrupted and as for prices... I have to haggle atleast 1 hour over what they quote me (inspite of me having vision insurance).
   
   You must be asking why do I go back. Well, I can honestly tell you - I am used to working with the store manager (who was once a service agent) and another store associate. I did shop around and the prices elsewhere are about the same, if not perhaps lower - I don't know. But you should always shop around.
   
   As for the 1st two postings, I seriously think that it is fake or from someone at the store posted it.
   
   About the prices - lf its too cheap or too good to be true. Then it probably isn't genuine. Buyers beware!

   Best selections and suprior customer service: I've been coming to this shop two years in a row. They have all the name brands, ranging from D&G, Gucci, Chanel to Oakley, as well as regular frames. Their staff speak multiple languages and are very courteous. Highly recommended.
