User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI have been using the service department at Coggin Honda for years and until recently I thought they were great. Now I will NEVER let them touch my car again. They messed up on my repairs and when my car died 2 weeks later they said it was most likely their fault but they couldn't prove it for sure so I had to pay for a new engine and radiator myself. On top of that, the service advisor I had dodged my calls and I was treated very rudely by other service staff. I ended up having my car towed to a different place, I didn't want them doing anything else to my car.

Always look forward to going back: I love going to this dealership! The service department staff is excellent and very friendly. I always look forward to going there to get my car serviced. I never have to haggle with them about not completing certain services, my car is always ready before the time quoted and they are up front about the services. They do not perform any service on my car unless it is necessary. It is one of the best dealership I have ever dealt with.
