User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI have taken my dog here about three times, but NEVER again. I kept thinking next time will be better, but they are the worst around. They last time I picked my dog up, she had cuts on her face and ears and they chopped off her eyebrows and eyelashes! I have a miniature schnauzer, and that's a NO- NO! The cut is always uneven. Don't waste your time. You'd be better off doing it yourself!

This place is absolutely terrible. Every time I took my dog in to be groomed, I was quoted--and charged--a completely different price for the same exact service. There is a gigantic sign when you walk in that reads, "We are NOT responsible for nicks and cuts." Ummm, actually, yes you are! The people are not friendly, and the service is not reliable. My dog whined and dug in his heels everytime I dropped him off, and one of the staff members would just try to drag him to the back, with no kind words, or coaxing, or a treat...nothing. They just don't seem like they even enjoy working with animals. Friends who took their pets there have shared the same feelings with me. Finally I came to my senses and tried a new groomer that was right down the road (Four Paws), and they have been consistently amazing. I wish they weren't located on the same street, because I recommend Four Paws all the time to people, and I don't want them to be confused with this unprofessional place. If you love your pet, don't risk it.

A friend recommended Animal Boutique and my husband and I couldn't be happier with the service they provide. I really hate that there are negative comments about Animal Boutique on here, because my experience has been quite opposite. I even stop by unexpectedly to see my girls while they spend their "day at the spa" getting pretty and there have never been any problems. I would encourage anyone reading this to stop by and see the facility for themselves. The employees are always warm, caring and compassionate to both myself and my girls.
