User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDo NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. Very , very poor service from the OWNER of all people. I tried to get my wife's wedding dress preserved and told them I did not need the cleaning. This somehow got relayed to the owner that I couldn't afford to get anything done do the dress. The owner of the store left nasty messages on my voicemail (about me not being able to "afford" the preservation"), when I tried to call back she was never there. She actually insulted me over the phone, and did not let me pay to preserve the dress. This was a Christmas gift!!
