User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsOur entire family has used Lotz in Roanoke for generations and each time we are more pleased than the last. When we went to the funeral home before my dad's wake started, we could not believe the trouble they went to in fixing it to represent my dad's life. It was AMAZING! Thier service is just WONDERFUL! I have been to funerals and had friends who used Oakeys, Simpkson and other out of town funeral homes and none of them come close in comparison. Lotz is the best! I won't ever use another funeral home.

Personable and Professional! We were very satisfied with everything. We highly recommend Lotz to anyone. We felt very secure in allowing them to handle our arrangements.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsA VERY positive experience !: My mother's funeral went so much better than I had expected. It was our first time using Lotz. The entire staff was just down to earth nice. They were caring in a very true way. They surprised us with a movie that had our family pictures on it. They had all this personal stuff that my mother loved in her life, set-up and we were just all so taken back by their kindness. Our Funeral Director, John was so nice also. I highly recommend Lotz. They really went above and beyond.
