Dr Jean Wardell is the not only an amazing veterinarian, she is a truly caring and wonderful person. She has treated me and my pets as if we were family. She cried with me when I had to euthanize my beloved cat and even made a house call when he started to get sick. Doctors of both animals and humans should be so dedicated.

I absolutely love this vet clinic. Dr. Wardel is by far my favorite veterinarian that I have ever encountered. She seems to truly care about the animals and she makes sure you know what's going on every step of the way. However, I went to OBVH about a week ago and got their new veterinarian, Dr. Mount. I was very unhappy. She seems to have an attitude about her, like she's better than everyone. She was very quick in the exam room, I was in and out in a matter of minutes. She barely explained anything to me and in a way, made me feel very uncomfortable. Maybe she was having a bad day, I'll give her the benefit of the doubt, but you can bet that I will no longer take my animals to her.
