Reviewed from Yahoo! Movies: PLEASE CHANGE THE CHAIR TO COMFORTABLE. NICE AUDITORIUM SCREEN. PLEASE CHANGE THE CHAIR TO COMFORTABLE. NICE THEATRE SCREEN. PLEASE CHANGE THE CHAIR TO COMFORTABLE. THIS IS THE ONLY THEATRE WITH VERY UNCOMFORTABLE CHAIR. I LIVE IN THE AREA, BUT I GO TO EDWARDS BECAUSE THE CHAIR HERE IS NASTY, UNCOMFORABLE. AFTER ONE HOUR OF SEATING, YOUR BACK IS ACHING. PLEASE CHANGE THE CHAIR TO COMFORTABLE. STUPID MANAGEMENT. NICE THEATRE THOUGH, BUT STUPID MANAGEMENT.
Reviewed from Yahoo! Movies: Right, I agree ASM's opnion that AMC Puente Hills management has decided to run the mall completely out of business .
I was late for a movie in few month ago; I told a lady that I will see this movie for the begining 5 minutes (I missed it) on next movie. After I came back for the next playing, a male guard asked me show him ticket, I did, than he insisted that I have to leave and get out of movie theater; I try to explain in lower volume and peacefully, but it just brought me more longer time's humiliation & dishonor, he was making me as I was a thief or beggar.
I walked out with my ticket to a young female Manager, I explained to her again, and she was playing a judge for me, and told me go back to enjoy my movie without any facial expression and apology. I guess AMC hire here to ruin their business, will, I can only said it was a brilliant choice.
I end of my movie theather now, a little sad...I have been there since year 2000...but like ASM said: AMC decided to run the mall completely out of business inculding themself.
After many years allowing patrons to bring food in from the food court JUST OUTSIDE the entrance, and part of the same mall complex, AMC Puente Hills management has decided to run the mall completely out of business...they've changed their tune and are have turned out the minimum-wage gestapo to prevent you from bring anything edible into the theater. It's perhaps their right, and maybe it's just the Puente Hills Mall not caring about it's other businesses (really...why put a newly designed food court right outside a movie theater if you can't bring the food into the theater), but I'll never return. DVDs, blu-ray and HDTV are so much better alternatives.
