My daughter and I were out for a walk on High Street one day in September, and we decided to eat at the Hub. We were presently surprised!! We both ordered the chicken sub. Now, I have had many subs in my day, but this chicken sub we ordered took the cake of them all. The chicken was not your thin sliced subway variety pressed deli meat, but chunks and (I mean CHUNKS )of fresh juicy white meat filled up the bread evenly. I am so used to getting a sub where all you taste is the bread, lettuce and vinegar dressing. The hub didn't go overboard with too much lettuce as a filler, and their bread had a flakey outside crunch, and soft spongey center.
I am still pleasantly surprised.
