I would suggest to never buy from this dealership. They offered me a great price, but they delivered with poor service. The day that I took a test drive, the car would not start because of a dead battery. The day that they delivered the car, they tried to sell me a car that had tree sap and scratches on the car. Also, they were two hours late to deliver the car from the time that they called me and told me that the car was ready. They decided to notify me ten minutes before the time they had scheduled to deliver the car. We called them out on the scratches and sap, and they promised to fix it. This is where the real hassle came in. First they had to repair the paint, but then I would need to return the car for a second Xylon treatment ninety days later. I returned the car to get it repaired and it took seven days before they were ready to give it back. The day that they did give it back, I walked around the car and it still had the same scratches and sap on the car. They did nothing more than wash, buff and polish the car. It took about another week for them to refinish the paint when I refused to take the car back. When they delivered it again, the car still had compound on the inside and outside of the car. The manager assured me that they would have the car looking right and he said that it would take an extra day because they HAD to clean the compound, but they failed again. When I needed my first oil change I scheduled an appointment five days prior to the date, and they said it would take six hours to get the oil changed when I brought it in on that Saturday morning. Because I had the car repainted due to the scratches and sap, the sales team said that they would cover the cost of the Xylon treatment which had to be stripped off. When I scheduled to have that done, the lady, whom was not a very nice lady, tried to tell me that they were only going to Xylon part of the car. After refuting her, she corrected herself, because she new that the notes in the computer said that they would redo the whole car. When I picked the car up after the treatment I drove it home, and once again there was a new scratch on the side of the car. My wife took the car back in and complained and then called the owner and left a message. Then the customer ralations lady called my wife on behalf of the owner of the dealership, She told my wife that since we complained so much, they no longer wanted to do business with us and said that they would cut us a small check through the mail to seek maintanance elsewhere. So here's the deal folks...If you buy from Molle you will run the risk of receiving a car with small problems that are the dealerships fault, and when you ask to get them fixed, Molle Toyota will pay poor attention to detail and give you sloppy service. Furthermore, when you call them out on their poor quality of customer service that they pride themselves on, and they realize that they can't make any money off of you, they will pay you to take your vehicle somewhere else, rather than take care of the customer and correct their mistakes due to inattention to detail. If I were you, I would not buy a car here. The money that we saved from our purchase comes in no comparison to the time, stress and damage that is still not corrected to our new vehicle.
Awful to work with. 4 months after we purchased the car we spent another $5000 getting it fixed. I would suggest going somewhere else!
I called to ask about getting a part for my FJ Cruiser and when the man that looked up the part told me that it was an aftermarket part, he said you'll just have to get it on the internet, Dear. I was offended that he would talk down to me by calling me "Dear". Just because I am female does not mean I should be spoken to in that manner. Unacceptable.
