I will never use this laundry service again. The owner is a very rude man. When my dryer broke a couple months ago I started going here while I saved for a new one. I was running a little behind one night due to a meeting I had so I didn't get there until 8:30. I didn't think this was a problem since they didn't close until 10pm and I only needed to dry. The owner came outside and mentioned that the last load time had changed to 8:00pm and they just put up a sign but he would allow it this one time. I could tell he was agitated and I couldn't understand everything he was saying because he had a strong accent. When I went in I started to put my clothes in the dryer and noticed the sign said that it now closed at 9pm. So I went over to apologize for the misunderstanding and tell him I would take them my clothes to the other laundry service. I asked him when they started closing at 9pm and he started yelling at me in front of all the customers saying I must be deaf dumb and blind if I couldn't read the sign. He was yelling at me in front of several costumers and embrassed me so badly that I actually left there crying. Please don't give someone like that your business.
