User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsLove the Grind! The staff is great. Food is great. Location is great. I eat there frequently, and always take out-of-town visitors there for lunch.
Their red bell pepper soup is fan-dam-tabulous.
Don't listen to the snark posted by one person who heard something from someone who "used to" work there. The food prep area is in plain view of customers, and there's nothing to hide.
Also, the Daily Grind IS on the Running Chef's menu. So call the Chef and they'll hook you up with great Grind food.
Try their iced-coffee drinks. Or ask for your fav sandwich in "pizza" form. Yummy!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAs a person who often eats out 5x's a week the Grind is one of my fav's. I don't get there as often as i'd like because of it's location but when i do it is always a special treat. The staff are always helpful and polite, the restaurant is always clean and welcoming and the menu is ALWAYS fantastic. Def a place to check out! Wished they would get on the Running Chef's menu :)

As the owner of The Daily Grind, I HIGHLY take offense to the comment left on this page. We have never dropped food and picked it back up and put it on a plate to be served. Nor we would we ever do something like that. I would be lying if I said we never dropped food, however, if you have a whole sandwich coming to you, and we happen to drop half of that sandwich, the remaining half is still good and yes we will served that to you. It has only seen the grill, and the spatula! As far as taking the word of former employee, I would definitely take the word of the owner over that! We are not flawless, we work with limited staff, and we do our absolute best to make sure everyone gets EXACTLY what they order.
