The employee I dealt with had a major attitude problem. I had been in the week before to arrange the appointment and spoken with a very pleasant person, but this guy was extremely rude. I asked him if there was a specific item noted in the computer and he said "was there or is there?" Then I mentioned that the previous employee had told me he would speak to his supervisor re. the issue. He said "supervisor or manager?" It continued from there, until I finally called him on it, and he toned it down just a notch. Go elsewhere if you have the opportunity. No one needs to pay for crap service like that.
