"I rented a studio apartment from Anita for a year. It was very comfortable and I enjoyed the view of the marina. The building was quiet and yard was always mowed. And I had no problem getting my deposit refund back within two weeks. I would definitely rent from IBR again.

"I signed a years lease with IBR then got military orders after seven months. They released me from my lease with no problem. I had the fumigation, carpet cleaning, etc. all completed before the move out inspection. I didnt know what my forwarding address was going to be yet so they wrote me a check for my deposit refund that day. IBR made the whole experience hassle-free and I was surprised at how quick they refunded our deposit for us. Great people!

I hereby publish a retraction of any and all things that have been stated previously on this site. I apologize for my behavior, I was in a state of extreme agitation, but however angry I may have been nothing will excuse said actions. I am now in a position where I can see clearly and without bias or anger and have come to the conclusion that all evidence presented by myself was at fault, being either incomplete and out of context or totally fabricated and relayed to me as fact. I had an obligation to discover the validity of each accusation and despite my better judgment did not do so. Regardless of my personal feelings on this matter, which I assure you no longer run hot, I had absolutely no right to say such things. I truly do feel remorse, I am not merely saying this out of need, I am honestly sorry. I have learned a valuable lesson in this. I have never allowed myself to behave in such a manner, it was a new sensation and instead of following my instincts I allowed irrationality to take precedent over good sense. I have always been a rational and well rounded person, never one prone to fits of unintelligible rage. I was confronted with a situation which put me in a horrible state of anxiety and humiliation and I reacted without thinking about how my words might affect others.

In this life there are no take backs, only accountability and I will not shirk from facing my mistakes. I am responsible for the things I have said, none of which were true, and I cannot in good conscience allow them to stand.

Allow me again to extend to heartfelt apologies to Anita Anderson and Island Brokers.
