Just because one bad expirence with the place, doesn't mean it's horrible. Anyways, I don't think it's bad at all, the people are nice, I think it's one out of like 3 other places I go that I don't have to wear a coat, it isn't cold. If I had to change anything about it, perhaps a sweep more often wouldn't be a bad idea.
it's been the theatre i've been to all of my life. And in compartison to all the other theatres i've been to, it's still in top 3! Definatelly worth checkin out!
Brrrrr - Cold As Ice: As we approached the theater's box office, we saw a lady near the box office that had collapsed. Her friends had call 9-1-1 and we're staying close to her until help arrived. The lady appeared almost unconscious and lifeless. I told an employee at the box office of the lady and another employee went to get a manager. I saw two employees slowly walk over to the lady on the pavement. Moments later the two employees were walking away. I asked the employees if they were managers and they said yes. I asked why they were leaving the lady and they said...âoh, they called for help, she has medical problems.â I told the young female manager that she should stay with the theater patron until help arrives. Both employees walked away. The female employee acted as if she was cold out in the 70 degree summer air and she walked back into the theater.
I was absolutely appalled at their casual, nonchalant manner in which they reacted to the situation. My husband and I didn't feel much like staying to watch a movie there...after we witnessed the manager's unprofessional and apathetic behavior. I don't think the summer breeze tonight made the manager cold, I think it was her cold heart.
