Chinese Hot Pot to warm your body: I've been there at least five times in the past three months. Small or big group of friends can sit around the table and cook the food from a steaming pot in the middle.

This restaurant serves two kinds of soup broth -- herb spicy or non-spicy. Make sure you can really handle spicy food before choosing this broth. But what's nice is that you can order half spicy and half non-spicy soup broth.

I usually order lamb/beef/pork slices, meatball, dumpling, spinach, tofu, and etc. Rule of thumb is first wait for the soup broth to heat up (till you see bubble.) Add the food into the soup broth. Wait until the soup broth heats up again (till you see bubble again.) Start eating! Repeat the steps again till finish the food :)

Tips: For meat slices, simply deep them into the boiling soup for a few secs, instead of putting them entirely into the soup broth to cook like the others. Cook the meat slices like you order steak which is according to your taste of medium, medium-well or well done.
