I have been taking my Cocker Spaniels there for the past 4 or 5 years. I have always had great service. When i got my first Cocker and took him to another groomer locally they wanted to give him tranqulizers to groom him. I took him to Angie and he has done wonderful. They take the time with them instead of rushing through. They have done so much for me and my animals and care deeply about all the animals they take care of.

i boarded my cocker spaniel puppy here for a weekend and it went well. she seemed happy when she came home. however, i took her there again yesterday for grooming, and it was disastrous. she couldn't breathe and was drooling excessively when i brought her home. i took her to the vet, and the vet said that it seemed like she had been muzzled or harnessed to tightly. i was so upset for my puppy, not to mention the vet bill i had to pay. my cocker is difficult to groom as she hates having her face touched, but rysher really should have called me to say they couldn't work with her. i would have rather had that than had her hurt! so disappointing.

Boarding: I boarded my rottie at Rysher last year for the whole month of November and I was very pleased with the care. The grooming that they gave him before I picked him up was outstanding!
