    Caring and Sensative: Family members brought our mother from Michigan to be buried by our father and where they were born and grew up. They looked up phone numbers for us or gave us directions so we could find a place to stay, order flowers, phone distant relatives in the area. They were sensitive to the type of music we wanted, and provided an extra room for us to meet and visit with relatives we hadn't seen in 50 years.
