User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI have been going here for a few years. I had recently gotten an oil change, and my car continued to do oil spots. I called to have them recheck it, and schedule a shuttle ride. The guy basically accused the oil leak of being my fault (actually, they had not put the filter on tight). I was trying to give my keys to salesclerk and the "free shuttle" took off without me. I had to walk a mile in 95 degree weather to get home. Very poor service, will never cross their threshold again!!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsUnscrupulous employee.: I went to this tire store simply to buy tires. Being a women, they of course found a problem with my McPhearson struts. Whatever those are. My mechanic for years checked these out for me (at no charge) and informed me that there was nothing wrong with them. I urge all who go into this Dobb's Center to beware! Better yet, avoid this store altogether and do business elsewhere.

I have also had Dobbs tell me something was wrong and found that it was just not true when I took it to another mechanic. Scam artists! That's what they are.
