    Unfortunately that would be Dr. Simciks mother ;( She is extremely rude and acts like she's doing YOU a favor. Has run out many people.

    Its a shame since Dr. Simcik is one of the best vets I've ever know. She truly loves the animals she sees and will go above and beyond the call of duty. Too bad you have to get through the mother first. In spite of my love of Dr. Simcik, her mother was just more than I could take and after years of being a loyal client I left.

    The lady on the phone was very mean. When I went in for my pets appointment one of their clients pets had an accident in the lobby. The mean lady that I had spoke to humilated the poor client and wouldn't even give her paper towels to clean up the mess. I left right then and there. I have never experienced such poor customer service.
