Sales manager not knowledgeable with rebates, sales person, Richard, is rude, one of the service managers acts like he is high, long waits for service, two week delay for oil change. Need I say more. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.
I have been using T&C since I first bought my 2000 jeep 10 years ago. I feel that everytime I visit my concerns and questions are addressed and solved. My jeep is my baby and I always do the services and have never had so much as a hiccup. My care is well taken care of and with the regular maintenance my vehicle runs flawlessly. You guys are doing a great job. Keep up the good work!
I thought that this was a great dealership to buy from, and that they actually cared about their customers but I was proven so wrong! My family has purchased a few vehicles from there, and we have recomended them to other people, but that will not be the case any longer. I purchased a car from them a few months ago, and it was due for service recently. I took it in for a check up, and when I arrived I was shocked at the amount of time that I had to wait just for someone to greet me! I waited fifteen minutes, and then when i was finally approached, I went into his office and one of the gals that works there was being very unprofessional,loud and flirty with a few of the employees. When they finally took my car back (about a half an hour after my appointment) my husband and I decided to look at the other cars available becasue we were planning on getting another car for him. We waited well over two hours for them to come and tell me what needed to be serviced, and when he finally arrived he told me some ridiculous ammount for two simple services. He also told me that if I did not service my vehicle that when something went wrong with it then my warranty would not cover it. I took my car and was on my way. The following day I called around to other local dealerships to get quotes and I was surprised when 95% of them had rates that were 50% cheaper! I calle dT&C back, and let the operator know about the cheaper quotes and to ask if my warranty would still be good if I went with another shop. Now I was expecting her to tell me to bring my car back and that they will match the price quote etc. but no she just told me to keep my recipt (in a very snooty tone of voice) and hung up on me!!! This dealership did not turn out how I had hoped. I will no longer reccomend this dealership, or purchase another vehicle there! They have no idea what customer service is!
