Eye surgery is great, but good luck trying to get in for a yearly eye exam afterwards. I purchased the package that if something goes wrong, LVI will redo my eye surgery but I have to get a yearly exam. If I get it done with them, it's $99. If I go elsewhere I have to pay $299 because I am then required to get my eyes dilated. LVI doesn't tell you in the beginning that they have limited eye exam appointments and will double book their clients so that you might or might not get in. And, in this economy, who can afford to go to a different provider and pay double. LVI's doctors are great...the customer service before and afterward is very lacking.
